BUYING AGENTS FEES
Our fees are some of the most competitive in the industry and are deliberately disruptive.
The fee structure is not only transparent but also designed to ensure we are incentivised to negotiate the best terms for you as our client.
SEARCH AND ACQUISITION
The fee consists of two parts
1) REGISTRATION FEE
£100 inc VAT
The registration fee is payable on signing of the terms before The Buying Agents commence the search and deducted from the purchase fee.
2) PURCHASE FEE
Payable on Exchange of Contracts
